Leadership Lessons with a Holiday Twist 🎄

As we move into the holiday season, I thought it would be fun to bring a little light-hearted cheer to your inbox. After all, who doesn’t love a good holiday movie and a laugh? Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some quick insights from our favorite holiday movie characters, each offering a surprising lesson in leadership.

From Buddy the Elf (the king of optimism) to National Lampoon’s Cousin Eddie (maybe not the best role model...), we’ll take a look at leadership, growth mindset, and even a few examples of what not to do.

Here’s a sneak peek: Did you know that Buddy the Elf can teach us more about adaptability than most business books? And let’s be honest, no one wants to channel Cousin Eddie’s ability to… well, not adapt at all!

Just like in business, we can often learn the best leadership lessons from our own “movie moments.” I’d love to hear about some of yours as we explore these ideas together over the next few days!

Stay tuned, and thank you for all the hard work you’re putting into your teams and organizations.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season!
